Te llevamos a conocer y disfrutar de Villa de Leyva, un pequeño municipio colombiano que a pesar de ser fundado en 1572 se detuvo en el tiempo y en 1954 fue declarado Monumento Nacional por su bella arquitectura colonial.
El tour inicia desde tu hotel en Bogotá y serás trasladado a este hermoso municipio situado aproximadamente a 160 km al nordeste de Bogotá.
En el camino, harán una corta parada en el Puente de Boyacá, monumento declarado Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación, reconocido por su gran importancia para la historia de nuestro país por conmemorar la histórica victoria de la Batalla de Boyacá, la cual concedió la independencia a Colombia.
Al llegar a Villa de Leyva, disfrutarás de un tranquilo recorrido por los antiguos callejones adoquinados y conocerás su gran plaza principal empedrada de 14.000 metros cuadrados que está rodeada de viejos pero extraordinarios edificios coloniales.
Adicionalmente, durante el recorrido, tendrás la oportunidad de conocer los siguientes sitios de interés turístico:
- Casa Terracota: Casa más grande del mundo hecha completamente de arcilla y con la misma técnica como se fabrican las artesanías.
- Centro de Investigaciones Paleontológicas (C.I.P): Centro de Investigación y exposición de una colección de monstruos marinos colombianos que convivieron con los dinosaurios.
- Parque Arqueológico de Moniquirá (El Infiernito): Monumento lítico que tiene básicamente dos componentes: 30 grandes columnas de piedra con forma fálica, que se hallan dispersos en forma irregular por el lugar y más de 100 columnas más pequeñas ordenadas en dos filas de oriente a occidente.
- Los Pozos Azules: Llamativos pozos de agua coloreados por la acción de sales de azufre que se liberan dentro de ellos mismos.
- Ráquira: Pequeño municipio considerado como la capital artesanal de Colombia, muy conocido por sus artesanías fabricadas en Barro.
Nota: Si tienes interés en visitar otros de los lugares de interés como la Casa Museo Antonio Nariño, el Museo del Fósil, El Convento Santo Ecce Homo, el Viñedo Umaña Dajud, el Museo del Chocolate y/o la Granja de los Avestruces avísanos y podremos reemplazarlo por algún atractivo del itinerario que no sea de tu interés.

Booking and Cancellation Policies
1. To confirm your booking you must do the payment of at least 20% of the total cost of the service and send the payment voucher with the requested information by WhatsApp, email or Facebook.
2. Children up to 4 years old do not pay. Children from 5 to 9 years old will pay 75% of the adult cost.
3. Children of 10 years and older will pay as adults. We will take into account the age fulfilled on the day of the service.
4. To obtain a full refund for cancellation, you must cancel maximum 48 hours before the start of the service. After this time, will take the deposit amount (20% of the total value of the tour) as administrative procedures.
5. Postponements or changes will be received only up to 24 hours before the start of the tour and will be accepted according to availability.
6. If the passenger does not show up on the day of service, they will lose 100% of the booking deposit.
7. In case of weather issues or natural disasters the tour will be postponed for a next date, the itinerary will be changed or we will refund 100% of the deposit in order for the passenger to take no risks.
The guide will have to wait for the passenger at the agreed pick-up point for 30 minutes from the agreed time for the start of the tour, after this time he should contact the company and if it is not possible to contact the passenger, the tour will be cancel and the guide will withdraw from the place.
8. The company is not responsible for forgotten objects after the end of the tour.
9. In the event of an accident during the service, the guide or driver must be informed to make the insurance effective and guarantee medical attention. This can not be guaranteed if it is reported after the end of the service.
10. When making the booking, it is understood that you accept the booking and cancellation policies.
