ITINERARY
Pick-up point 
Hotel, airbnb or chosen place within Bogota.
During your visit to Bogotá, live with us a unique experience in the most recognized viewpoint that has become an obligatory stop in the city.
The tour starts from your hotel or lodging place in Bogotá and you will be transferred to Monserrate Hill, located at the eastern hills of the city downtown.
When you arrive to the hill valley, you will have the opportunity to ascend in one of the 2 types of transportation that the hill offers, cable car or funicular (According to availability at the moment of the visit).
Once at the top of the hill, from a height of 3,150 meters above sea level, you will enjoy an awesome panoramic view of Bogotá and also you will have the opportunity to visit Monserrate Church and a typical crafts and food fair where where we will offer you a Colombian typical snack.
At the end of the tour, you will descend from the hill again by cable car or funicular (according to availability) and you will be transferred back to your place of lodging in Bogota.
(Note: Not available on Sundays and holidays due to the high percentage of visitors and long lines to go up or/and down the hill).

How to book?
To confirm your booking you must pay at least 20% of the total cost of the tour(s) and send the payment voucher or confirmation with the requested information by WhatsApp, email or Facebook.

Complete the booking form on our website and in a few minutes we will send you the payment request by WhatsApp or email colombiatoursandtrips@gmail.com.
Transaction cost: 8% of the amount of the payment (Included at the sent request).
Reservation and Cancellation Policies
1. To confirm your booking you must do the payment of at least 20% of the total cost of the service and send the payment voucher with the requested information by WhatsApp, email or Facebook.
2. Children up to 4 years old do not pay. Children from 5 to 9 years old will pay 75% of the adult cost.
3. Children of 10 years and older will pay as adults. We will take into account the age fulfilled on the day of the service.
4. To obtain a full refund for cancellation, you must cancel maximum 48 hours before the start of the service. After this time, will take the deposit amount (20% of the total value of the tour) as administrative procedures.
5. Postponements or changes will be received only up to 24 hours before the start of the tour and will be accepted according to availability.
6. If the passenger does not show up on the day of service, they will lose 100% of the booking deposit.
7. In case of weather issues or natural disasters the tour will be postponed for a next date, the itinerary will be changed or we will refund 100% of the deposit in order for the passenger to take no risks.
The guide will have to wait for the passenger at the agreed pick-up point for 30 minutes from the agreed time for the start of the tour, after this time he should contact the company and if it is not possible to contact the passenger, the tour will be cancel and the guide will withdraw from the place.
8. The company is not responsible for forgotten objects after the end of the tour.
9. In the event of an accident during the service, the guide or driver must be informed to make the insurance effective and guarantee medical attention. This can not be guaranteed if it is reported after the end of the service.
10. When making the booking, it is understood that you accept the booking and cancellation policies.
